With a career spanning over 5 years in the logistics sector and is also a seasoned leader dedicated to optimizing freight solutions and advancing industry standards.
Before joining ARSPL, Mithilesh served at Eureka forbes ,Hindustan Uniliver and Exide which helped him develop expertise in logistics management, Marketing strategic planning, and operational excellence. He has completed MBA in Marketing along with B Tech in Mechanical engineering and is committed to driving the company’s mission of delivering superior service while fostering sustainable practices.A strong advocate for technological advancement and operational efficiency, Mithilesh is dedicated to leveraging the latest innovations to address the evolving needs of the logistics industry and enhance customer satisfaction. He has also introduced a 48 hr real time settlement of all receipts and acknowledgements which is a1st in the segment and leads Atlantic as the fastest pay masters of this industry which is a boon for all the lorry owners , drivers and brokers. Apart from work he is passionate about fitness and maintains his body as temple which makes him a more disciplined personality .
